After much consideration, Nelson Page decided to throw fancy to the wind (goodbye dear fancy!) and ceremoniously walked away from his highly successful and lucrative dual careers as a Playgirl centerfold and tenor for the Metropolitan Opera to go after his lifelong dream of becoming the unpaid producer and announcer for the Garden State Jubilee. After beating the other Playgirl centerfolds to the patent office, he acquired the new moniker of "SHOWMAN" and by doing so, Nelson has parlayed his talent for bringing extraordinary talent together and created a new (albeit clothed) sensation. When asked by Mary Hart if he had any regrets about his new ambitious career, Nelson responded that his only regret was that Mary never had the opportunity to see him in his breakout role of "Otello" where he performed wearing only his Fez. Indeed, Mary ended the interview having shed a tear.
